Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi is one of the world's most impressive indoor theme parks, built over 153,000 square metres on Yas Island and divided into six immersive themed zones. The park is entirely enclosed and air-conditioned, making it uniquely comfortable year-round in Abu Dhabi's climate and an outstanding choice for visiting during the summer months when outdoor activities are impractical.
The park opened in 2018 and features Warner Bros.' most beloved intellectual properties including DC Comics superheroes Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and the Justice League, the beloved Looney Tunes cast including Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and Tweety Bird, as well as Hanna-Barbera characters and Cartoon Network properties. The level of theming, from the cobblestoned streets of Gotham City to the colourful cartoon world of Bugs Bunny's section, is exceptionally detailed throughout.
Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi is open daily from 10:00am to 7:00pm. Last entry is at 6:00pm. Hours are extended during UAE school holidays and major public holidays. Confirm current hours on the official website before your visit.
Batman's dark and brooding cityscape with the Batman: Knight Flight ride, a motion simulation experience, interactive dark ride attractions, and character appearances from Batman himself and the Joker. The architecture and lighting create a genuinely cinematic atmosphere.

Of the four theme parks on Yas Island, Warner Bros. World is most consistently recommended for families with children aged 5 to 12. The combination of recognisable beloved characters, experiences accessible to a wide age range, and the comfort of a fully air-conditioned environment makes it the least logistically stressful day out on the island for parents with young children.
Unlike Ferrari World where many headline attractions have height minimums of 130cm to 140cm, most Warner Bros. World rides are accessible from 105cm with an accompanying adult, and some family experiences have no height restriction at all. Character meet-and-greet sessions are scheduled throughout the day with DC heroes, Looney Tunes characters, and Hanna-Barbera favourites - check the daily schedule at the park entrance for timings and locations.
The park's six worlds are arranged in a loop around the central Warner Bros. Plaza. The most efficient strategy is to start with the DC Universe zones early in the day when they are busiest and move toward the Cartoon Network and Looney Tunes areas in the afternoon when crowds thin. Live shows and entertainment at the central plaza stage are typically scheduled at 11am, 1pm, and 3pm.
Allow approximately 6 to 7 hours for a comprehensive visit covering all six zones, key rides, dining, and character meet-and-greet sessions. Budget more time if you are visiting with young children who may want extended time in character photo queues or play areas.
The park has multiple themed restaurants including the Cartoon Junction Diner, a full-service restaurant in the heart of the Looney Tunes zone, and various quick service options throughout each world. All food is halal. Dining quality is above average for a theme park and the themed settings are notably immersive.
Guests above the age of 14 are not permitted to wear character costumes inside the park as this conflicts with the official character appearance programme. Young children in character costumes are welcome and often result in particularly memorable character interaction moments.
Yes. Adult fans of DC Comics, classic Warner Bros. animation, and Hanna-Barbera will find the level of detail and the quality of the ride experiences genuinely impressive. The park is regularly cited by adult visitors as one of the most beautifully designed theme parks they have visited globally, regardless of age.
Warner Bros. World is better for younger children and those who prefer immersive storytelling over pure thrill rides. Ferrari World has a significantly higher concentration of high-speed, high-intensity coasters. Both are excellent - they target slightly different audiences. Consider a multi-park pass if your group contains members with varying preferences.
Strollers can be rented at the park entrance. The park is fully accessible for wheelchair users and guests with reduced mobility, with accessible versions of most ride experiences available. Contact the park's accessibility services team in advance for detailed requirements and assistance options.
Re-entry is permitted with your ticket wristband. You can leave the park during the day - for example to have lunch at Yas Mall - and return on the same day's ticket. Simply have your wristband scanned at the exit and present it again on return.
