About Atlantis The Palm

Opened in 2008, Atlantis The Palm sits at the apex of the Palm Jumeirah crescent. The unmistakable pink-and-blue facade houses 1,539 rooms and suites, making it one of Dubai's largest hotels. It was the resort that helped put Palm Jumeirah on the global tourism map.

The hotel is defined by its enormous scale — the lobby alone feels like a theme park. For families, it is unmatched: Aquaventure Waterpark is included in the hotel rate, The Lost Chambers Aquarium houses 65,000 marine animals, and the Dolphin Bay and Sea Lion Point experiences offer animal encounters.

Day visitors are equally welcome. Non-guests can walk into the lobby, browse Atlantis Avenue (the hotel's retail strip), dine at any restaurant, and purchase Aquaventure tickets separately.

Dining at Atlantis The Palm

Atlantis The Palm's dining lineup is one of the most impressive in Dubai. Non-guests can dine at all restaurants — reservations are strongly recommended, especially on weekends.

Nobu

Japanese | Nobu Matsuhisa Signature
AED 400-700 per person

Nobu Dubai is consistently ranked among the city's top ten restaurants. Celebrated black cod miso, signature sashimi, and Nobu cocktails. Dinner-only. Dress code: smart casual. Advance reservation essential — often booked 2-3 weeks ahead on weekends.

Ossiano

AED 600-1,000 per person (tasting menu)

Dining surrounded by the Ambassador Lagoon — 11 million litres of water and 65,000 marine animals visible through floor-to-ceiling glass. Chef Gregoire Berger's tasting menus have earned international acclaim. One of Dubai's most unique dining experiences. Pre-booking required.

Bread Street Kitchen

AED 200-350 per person

Gordon Ramsay's signature brasserie format. British-influenced menu with fish and chips, beef wellington, and Sunday roasts. More accessible price point than Nobu or Ossiano. Atlantis The Palm Tips

  • If visiting only for Aquaventure, arrive at 10am when the park opens — the most popular slides (Poseidon's Revenge, Tower of Neptune) have shorter queues in the first 90 minutes.
  • Nobu and Ossiano require reservations made at least 1-2 weeks in advance for weekends. For weekday dining, 3-4 days notice is usually sufficient.
  • Hotel guests receive wristbands for Aquaventure. Keep your wristband for re-entry if you leave during the day to rest at your room.
  • The Palm Monorail connects the Nakheel Metro Station (Red Line) directly to Atlantis. Journey time from the Metro is about 10 minutes. Fare: AED 25 return.
  • Friday brunch at Saffron is a social event — book 2 weeks ahead minimum during winter season (November-March).
  • The hotel's beachfront faces the open sea (Indian Ocean side of Palm crescent) and gets excellent consistent breeze. Atlantis beach is calmer than the Gulf-side beaches of the Palm trunk.
