Yes. The Jumeirah Mosque runs free guided tours for non-Muslims on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 10am, run by the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding. No booking required — arrive a few minutes before 10am. Women are provided with abayas. It is one of the most beautiful mosques in Dubai and a genuinely valuable cultural experience.
Where can I see flamingos for free in Dubai?
Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, located near the city centre, is home to over 3,000 greater flamingos and is free to visit. The sanctuary has dedicated bird hides. Open Saturday to Thursday, 7:30am to 5:30pm. Alternatively, Love Lake in Al Qudra also has flamingos and other birds in a free-access open desert setting.
