Helicopter tours
HeliDubai lists five routes. Shared flights are sold per seat: 12 minutes (AED 568), 17 minutes (AED 756), 22 minutes (AED 1,040) and 30 minutes (AED 1,416). The 40-minute flight is sold as a private charter at AED 8,960 for up to five people, which works out cheaper per person than it looks if you fill the seats.

Private yacht charters
Yachts are priced per hour for the whole boat, not per person, so a group of eight pays the same as a couple. Listed starting rates at Xclusive Yachts range from about AED 350 per hour for a small sport boat to AED 5,000 per hour and more for a superyacht. Other operators quote similar bands.
- Minimum hire: usually two hours or more, longer at weekends and on superyachts.
- Usually included: captain, crew, fuel for a standard route, soft drinks and water.
- Usually extra: catering, alcohol (only on licensed boats), water toys, and fireworks-night or New Year's Eve premiums.
